yellow warning - severe thunderstorm - in effect At 11:57 a.m. CDT, Environment Canada meteorologists are tracking a line of severe thunderstorms capable of producing very heavy rain. A slow moving band of thunderstorms has developed from Ashern northeast to Jackhead. Rainfall totals up to 100 mm is possible. ### Severe thunderstorms can produce tornadoes. Severe thunderstorm warnings are issued when imminent or occurring thunderstorms are expected to produce damaging hail, wind or rain. Don't drive through flooded roadways. Avoid low-lying areas.
