Riau especially in: Batu Ampar, Belat, Bintan Pesisir, Bintan Utara, Bulang, Bunguran Timur Laut, Bunguran Utara, Durai, Galang, Kundur, Kundur Barat, Kundur Utara, Lubuk Baja, Mantang, Moro, Nongsa, Palmatak, Sagulung, Sei Beduk, Sekupang, Seri Kuala Lobam, Siantan, Siantan Tengah, Telok Sebong, Ungar. These conditions may lead to reduced visibility, strong winds, and localized flooding. The public is strongly advised to remain vigilant during this period, limit outdoor activities, and take all necessary precautions to ensure safety.
