WATERCOURSES LIKELY TO BE AFFECTED : + **Isabela** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Dikatayan, Divilacan and Palanan-Pinacanauan. + **Cagayan** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Linao, Lower Abulug, Lower Pamplona, Cabicungan, Aunugay, Baua, Palawig and Taboan.
