General Flood Advisory Under present weather conditions, At 3:00 AM today, the center of Tropical Depression "KIYAPO" was estimated based on all available data at 960 km East of Central Luzon (15.4°N, 130.6°E) with maximum sustained winds of 45 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 55 km/h. It is moving West Northwestward at 20 km/h. Southwest Monsoon affecting Mindanao and the western sections of Southern Luzon and Visayas. The 12-hour rainfall forecast is light to moderate rains and thunderstorms. WATERCOURSES LIKELY TO BE AFFECTED : + **Davao Oriental** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Cateel, Dapnan, Baganga Mahan-ub, Manorigao, Caraga, Casaunan, Quinonoan, Bagwan, Mayo, Bitanayan, Sumlog, Tangmoan, Dacongbonwa, Kabasagan, Manay, Maya and Sumlao/Cuabo + **Davao Del Norte** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Tagum-Libuganon, Tuganay, and Saug. + **Davao Occidental** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Panglan, Malita, Batanan (Lais, Lawan, Latuan, Calian, Lamita, Lawayon, Culaman, Caburan Big, Meybio, Carahayan, Tubayon, Kayapung, Malala, Capisolo, Tanoman Bi, Tanoman Smal, Kalbay, Butuan, Nuing, Butula, Bukid, Malagupo, Balagona, Batulaki + **Davao De Oro** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Matiao, Hijo, Agusan, and Manat. + **Davao Del Sur** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Davao, Lasang, Bunawan, Matina, Talomo, Lipadas, Tagulaya Sibulan, Digos, and Padada Mainit.
