General Flood Advisory Under present weather conditions, Southwest Monsoon affecting Northern Luzon, Central Luzon, and the western section of Southern Luzon. The 12-hour rainfall forecast is moderate to occasionally heavy rains and thunderstorms. WATERCOURSES STILL LIKELY TO BE AFFECTED : + **La Union** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Amburayan, Baroro, Lower Bauang and Aringay. + **Ilocos Sur** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Lower Abra, Silay-Sta.
