WATERCOURSES LIKELY TO BE AFFECTED : + **Ilocos Sur** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Lower Abra, Silay-Sta. Maria, Buaya, and Amburayan. + **Ilocos Norte** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Bulu, Banban, Bacarra-Vintar, Laoag and Quiaoit.
