General Flood Advisory Under present weather conditions, At 3:00 PM today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 940 km East of Southeastern Luzon (14.2°N, 132.9°E). Southwest Monsoon affecting Mindanao and Palawan. The 12-hour rainfall forecast is light to moderate rains and thunderstorms.
