General Flood Advisory Under present weather conditions, At 3:00 PM today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 165 km East Northeast of Borongan City, Eastern Samar (12.1°N, 126.9°E). Southwest Monsoon affecting the western section of Southern Luzon. The 12-hour rainfall forecast is Light to moderate rains and thunderstorms.
