Special Weather Statement issued June 8 at 1:20PM MDT by NWS Pocatello ID A cold front shifting through East Idaho during the overnight hours will produce brief strong gusty winds with gust potential around 45 mph across the Snake Plain and adjacent areas. The strongest winds are expected between 1 AM and 5 AM. Showers and a thunderstorm or two may also accompany the front with light precipitation.
