Coastal Flood Advisory issued June 19 at 1:45PM CDT until June 20 at 1:00PM CDT by NWS Lake Charles LA * WHAT...Minor coastal flooding. * WHERE...Lower Vermilion, Lower Iberia and Lower St. Mary Parishes. * WHEN...Until 1 PM CDT Thursday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of lots, parks, and roads with only isolated road closures expected. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Tides will be 1.5 to 2.0 feet above predicted astronomical levels, with actual tide levels during high tide time between 1.5 and 2.0 MHHW. If travel is required, allow extra time as some roads may be closed. Do not drive around barricades or through water of unknown depth. Take the necessary actions to protect flood-prone property.
