Point Pleasant, Gallipolis, Rio Grande, Henderson, Adamsville, Gallopolis Ferry, and Ashton. If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
