Parkersburg, Marietta, Belpre, St. Marys, Vienna, Williamstown, Belmont, Boaz, Newport, North Hills, Willow Island, Nutter Farm, Petroleum, Schultz, Waverly, Fleming, and Blennerhassett. This includes the following highways... Interstate 77 in West Virginia between mile markers 175 and 186. Route 50 in West Virginia between mile markers 5 and 27. If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
